This is what my sessions are all about: high energy, great music, and a mix of cardio and strength training that torches calories. I guide you through every step, ensuring you get a full-body workout that is both effective and fun.
Strength is the foundation of fitness. Here, I am performing a deadlift, a key compound exercise for building overall power, improving posture, and sculpting your back and legs. I teach proper form to ensure you lift safely and get maximum results.
Want a flat tummy? This is one of my go-to routines. I focus on exercises that target the entire core, from your upper abs to the lower belly. This video shows a few simple yet powerful moves you can do at home to build a strong, toned midsection.
Fitness should never be boring. My dance fitness and Zumba sessions are perfect for burning fat while having a blast. You don't need to be a dancer, just follow my lead and let the music move you.
As a certified nutrition guide, I believe workouts and diet go hand in hand. In this video, I share a simple homemade drink using Kalonji and Sabja seeds to help boost your metabolism and support your fat loss journey, especially for post-pregnancy weight management.
You don't always need a gym to get a great workout. I design effective home workout routines that you can do anywhere. This video demonstrates a fat loss circuit that targets your entire body using just your bodyweight.
I also incorporate yoga into my training for flexibility, balance, and mental peace. Here, I am guiding my clients through a variation of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation), a fantastic full-body warm-up and workout.

My Training Philosophy
I do not believe in boring, repetitive gym sessions. If you are bored, you will not show up. My studio sessions in Rohini and my online training plans focus on a blend of high-energy Bollywood dance fitness, functional strength training, and targeted core movements.
Strength and Cardio Balance
You will see me lifting heavy to build muscle—which is the best way to keep your metabolism active—and then jumping into high-energy Zumba to keep the heart rate up. It is all about finding that balance that makes you look forward to your workout instead of dreading it.
Nutrition That Makes Sense
I am not about expensive supplements or impossible diets. We use regular Indian kitchen staples like Jeera and Ajwain to manage bloating and boost metabolism naturally. It is about eating real 'Ghar ka khana' (home-cooked food) with strict portion control and staying consistent.
