We aren't a high-end, air-conditioned studio. Our Hegde Nagar gym is raw and industrial by design. Safety is our baseline, not an afterthought. You need to know that contact sparring is strictly for professionals in the ring. For everyone else, including kids, we focus on technique, conditioning, and discipline. If you want a comfortable lounge, keep looking. If you want to put in the work, you are home.
Our Approach to Safety
We train fighters, not brawlers. A common concern for parents and beginners is the risk of injury. Let us be clear: boxing is a technical sport. We teach stance, footwork, and defensive guard mechanics before you ever touch a bag or a partner.
- No-Contact Drills: The majority of our sessions for general fitness and youth students are shadow boxing, bag work, and movement drills. You get all the athletic benefits of combat sports without the risk of impact.
- Controlled Sparring: We save contact sparring for our professional-level athletes who have mastered the fundamentals and are prepared for the ring.
Why the Raw Environment?
People ask why we don't have AC or fancy machines. We use tires, agility ladders, and battle ropes because they demand real physical output. This is functional strength.
