About Personal & At-Home Training
I do not just stand there with a timer. When I come to your home, I bring my focus mitts, resistance bands, and cones to ensure you get a full workout in whatever space you have. You get the same 'tej maar' (hit harder) correction I give my academy students. We use your living room or terrace to work on explosive drills and technique so you do not need a fancy gym to get into fighter shape.
