Forget static treadmills and boring gym routines. In my sessions, we focus on high-impact pad work where I guide your technique in real-time. Whether it is correcting the angle of your roundhouse kick or sharpening your jab-cross combinations, you get immediate tactile feedback. You aren’t just burning calories; you’re building actual combat muscle memory.

Pad work is the heartbeat of my training. When you are hitting the pads, you are learning distance, timing, and power delivery. This is where the magic happens. I don't let you just swing wildly; we focus on precision. If your guard drops, I will tell you. If your kicks lack snap, we will repeat the drill until they have power. This is why my students see results faster than those doing standard gym cardio.

My approach blends the explosive striking of Muay Thai with the speed of kickboxing. We work on high-intensity combinations that keep your heart rate up, making it the most effective way to shred fat while learning a real skill. You will learn to throw combinations that feel natural, not robotic.

We train in a non-AC, old-school Akhada style environment in Tilak Nagar. It is hot, it is intense, and that is intentional—it builds the endurance you need. For those who can't make it to the academy, I bring this same intensity to your home or local park, carrying all the necessary gear including focus mitts and resistance bands.
