Every session is structured for maximum benefit. We begin with essential warm-ups and running drills to get the heart pumping and muscles ready for the workout ahead.
My classes offer a mix of training styles. This session includes everything from focused meditation to dynamic, full-body exercises with sticks to improve coordination and strength.

You won't find mindless repetition here. My groups use custom 4-inch wooden steps and synchronized bodyweight drills that force you to engage your core and find your balance. We aren't just moving to music; we are training for functional endurance that you can actually use in your day-to-day life.

This is for anyone who wants to stop making excuses. I have morning batches for women focusing on weight loss and toning, and mixed batches for those who want to push their limits with HIIT and combat cardio. We use mirrors for form, floor fans for ventilation, and high-tempo music to keep the heart rate up.
