About Dance Fitness: Zumba, Bhangra & Bollywood Beats
These aren't performance-based dance classes, they are high-intensity interval sessions disguised as a party. We use wooden parquet flooring in our studio to ensure proper shock absorption, so you can jump, stomp, and go full power to the music without worrying about your knees.
