About High-Energy Group Classes
In these sessions, you won't find anyone standing still. We focus on continuous movement, mixing Bollywood, Bhangra, and freestyle to keep your heart rate up without it feeling like a chore. You do not need to be a trained dancer to keep up, as we are here to sweat, smile, and let the music take over.
When you walk into one of my group classes at Anytime Fitness, the first thing you will notice is the energy. It is loud, it is fun, and honestly, it is addictive. My teaching philosophy is straightforward: stop worrying about perfect technique and start focusing on moving from the heart. Whether you are a beginner or someone who has danced for years, the routine is designed to be inclusive. We blast a mix of the latest Bollywood hits, nostalgic 90s tracks, and high-tempo Punjabi beats that force you to move.
These classes are currently running at Anytime Fitness locations across Dwarka including Sector 7, Sector 10, Sector 17, and the Dabri branch. If you are a member of these gyms, you can simply walk in for the session. If not, a daily pass gets you in the door to join the squad. It is a 60-minute escape from the daily grind where the goal is not just weight loss, it is about leaving the room feeling lighter and happier than when you walked in.
