This is what a fitness party looks like. This masterclass in my hometown Faridabad was pure fire, and the energy from every single person was just incredible. This is what we're all about: sweat, smiles, and celebrating fitness together.

We groove to beats from all over India. Here's my amazing Bangalore crew absolutely killing it to a Tollywood track. My classes feature a mix of Bollywood, Tollywood, and Kannada music so the vibe never gets dull.
As a licensed Zumba instructor, I love bringing official ZIN choreography to the floor. This was a powerhouse practice session with fellow instructors, showing the community and energy that Zumba brings.
This is my "Thumak Thumak Gang" in Bangalore. My classes are for everyone, whether you are a beginner or have been dancing for years. We keep the steps simple and the energy high.
Who doesn't love a good retro Bollywood track? Throwing it back to classics like "Yamla Pagla Deewana" is all about bringing that unfiltered fun and nostalgia to our fitness session.
We even take our dance party to Africa with some amazing Afro beats. This routine to 'Tetema' is a perfect example of how we mix global music into our classes to keep things fresh and exciting.

I don't believe in perfect steps, I believe in sweating it out and having a blast. My classes are a mix of Zumba, Bollytwist, and high-energy regional beats, designed for anyone who wants to move—whether you are a pro dancer or stepping onto the floor for the first time.
What We Do Here
My classes are basically a one-hour fitness party. I don't care if you have two left feet; my goal is to get you moving, laughing, and burning those calories without feeling like you are doing a chore. We use a follow-the-leader format, so there is no need to memorize complex routines.
We rotate styles to keep things fresh. One day we are hitting high-intensity Bollytwist to the latest chartbusters, and the next we are going all out with Bhangra swag. I also incorporate official ZIN choreography, Afro beats, and regional hits from Tollywood and Kannada cinema to make sure the music never gets stale.

You can catch me at Gun Fitness in Hebbal Kempapura, Epic Gymnastics Academy in Jakkur, HFC Gym in Vijaya Bank Layout, or Bbounce Dance Studio in C V Raman Nagar. If you are in the NCR region, I also run classes at R8 Dance Fitness Studio and Anytime Fitness in Faridabad.
