Every session follows a simple formula: we warm up, dive into high-intensity Bollywood or Latin cardio, and finish with a proper cool-down stretch. You don't need to be a professional dancer to join, as I focus on simple, repeatable moves that get your heart rate up while you are busy having fun.

The Workout Mix I blend Zumba, Bollywood, and Bhangra rhythms to keep every session fresh. You will get a full-body routine that covers warm-ups, high-intensity intervals, and a cool-down stretch to help with recovery. We occasionally throw in bootcamp drills or chair routines to challenge your core in new ways.
