About Empowering Women Through Self-Defense
You will not find film style drama here. Instead, we focus on muscle memory, like learning to escape a wrist grab or handle a front hold immediately. The goal is to make these movements automatic so you can protect yourself without thinking when it matters most.
Real safety comes from preparation, not just reaction. In these workshops, I take you through the same training methods I use with everyone from students to security personnel. We cover the basics of weapon awareness, like handling a knife threat, and how to use everyday objects to defend yourself.
My sessions are designed for everyone, regardless of your fitness level or experience. If you are worried about safety while commuting or want to feel more secure at work, this is where you start.
We break down the training into two clear formats. For individuals, I run a weekend crash course where we dive deep into ground defense and anti-molestation tactics. For offices or housing societies, I bring the training to you, covering situational awareness and verbal de-escalation for groups of up to 30.
I have been teaching this for 15 years across Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, and Powai. My approach is rooted in the idea of sangharsh, or the daily struggle to be better.
