About this collection
We do not just teach lines, we help children build the confidence to speak up. Whether it is crafting a sock puppet or mastering voice modulation for a skit, every session is designed to turn shy kids into enthusiastic performers in a judgment-free space.
Our drama and puppetry workshops are all about giving children a screen-free space to explore their imagination. We have seen kids arrive on day one feeling hesitant, only to stand tall on stage by the end of our camp.
How We Teach
We move beyond rote learning. In our sessions, we mix:
- Puppetry: Children make their own puppets using socks, wool, and sticks. It is a fantastic fine motor skill exercise that gives them a character they feel comfortable 'being' behind.
- Voice & Expression: Through games and storytelling, we work on voice modulation, facial expressions, and stage presence.
- Performance: We cap off our workshops with a mini showcase for parents. Seeing their own work come to life on stage is a massive confidence booster.
What to Expect
Whether we are enacting 'The Gruffalo' or creating our own short plays, the focus is always on collaboration. We do not aim for perfection; we aim for participation. It is loud, it is messy, and it is full of laughter.
Located in Sector 39, Noida, our space is designed specifically for these kinds of interactive group activities. If you want your child to pick up communication skills while having a blast, this is the place to be. We keep our batches small to ensure every child gets the attention they need to shine.
The Reading Room
We are The Reading Room, born from Riddhika’s dream to create a space where books and play beat screen time every single day. Seeing a quiet child suddenly own the stage with a puppet they made themselves is why we love doing what we do.
