About Toddlers Program
A Mindful Break from Screens
At The Reading Room, I’ve made a space where toddlers can actually switch off from screens and tune in to a world of books and play. It’s a spot for little ones to hang out, make friends, and start loving stories early, all in a happy, safe environment.
Who Will Enjoy This Program?
If your child is between 1.5 and 3 years old, they’ll fit right in. I keep things relaxed, letting them explore at their own pace.
What Happens Here
- Yahan pe bachche khel khel mein seekhte hain (here, kids learn by playing). You’ll see them enjoying group story time, picking picture books, and sometimes just flipping through pages on their own.
- Creative arts for preschoolers is a big part of our day. We go all out with finger painting and crafts - sometimes it’s festival themed, sometimes it’s just messy fun.
- Play-based learning for young children means lots of crawling games, sensory play, and group activities. Sharing, moving, and making new friends come naturally.
Our Space
Think bright walls, tiny tables, and a soft rug for story time. Books are everywhere, all within easy reach for little hands.
Why It Works
I designed the program so toddlers can grow into curious, happy readers while getting a gentle start on social skills development in toddlers. It’s not just a class - it’s a community where kids and books become best friends.

My Story
Hey, we’re The Reading Room, born from Riddhika’s dream. You know how tough it is nowadays to get kids off their phones? We wanted a cozy spot where books win over screens. It’s not just a library—think of it as a gang of little thinkers! Sometimes it’s puppets, sometimes a gol gappa (crispy snack) party with an author, sometimes Ramleela. Watching kids laugh, read, act, or just chill with a good story—yahi toh hai asli khushi (this is real happiness).
