Monthly Group Pilates Subscription
Session Structure
- Frequency Options: Choose between 8 sessions (approx. 2 per week) or 12 sessions (approx. 3 per week) valid for the month.
- Small Batch Size: Classes are conducted with a limited student-to-instructor ratio (typically 1:4 or 1:6) to allow for individual form correction.
- Certified Guidance: Sessions are led by trainers certified in Stott or Polestar methodologies, ensuring safe and effective movement.
Equipment & Training
- Reformer Access: Usage of the premium Universal Reformer for resistance training and core alignment.
- Apparatus Variety: Includes training on the Stability Chair (Wunda Chair) for balance and Arc Barrels for spinal correction.
- Mat & Props: Integration of classical Mat Pilates using Magic Circles, resistance bands, and foam rollers to increase workout intensity.
Facility & Focus
- Environment: Wooden flooring, full-length mirrors for self-correction, and temperature-controlled studio space.
- Workout Goals: Focus on deep core activation, glute strengthening, spinal elongation, and lymphatic health.

My Story
We brought Pilates to Noida with a lot of josh (energy)! As part of The Pilates Studio, started by Namrata Purohit, we're all about making fitness a habit, not a chore. For us, Pilates is not just about sweating it out, it's about feeling good inside and out. Joseph Pilates' method changed lives in the past—still does.
