Dessert isn’t just a treat for me - it’s a way to celebrate your milestones. After nearly a decade and thousands of cakes, I still get excited every time someone says, “Just do your thing, I trust you.” It’s not always perfect; some days the recipes flop, and honestly, it’s tiring. But I wouldn’t trade this for anything. And yes, every single thing I make is always eggless.
My Cake Style
- Taste first, always. If there’s leftovers, I take it personally.
- No full fondant here - I use it only for small bits like figures or logos. The rest? Rich chocolate ganache or smooth, lightly-sweet meringue buttercream. My jugaad ganache (my own special mix) is a crowd favorite for sharp edges and deep flavour.
- I love telling your story with cake. Expect bold colours, elegant vintage piping, hand-piped doodles, and custom doodle cakes that actually mean something.

My Story
Life’s funny, isn’t it? Never thought I’d be the one making cakes for a living. Used to watch MasterChef Australia, dreaming, drooling over those desserts. Now, here I am, over ten years deep, mixing passion with business. It gets tiring, sure, but making cakes for folks’ big moments? That’s magic for me. Winning ‘Cakepreneur of the Year’ was a real kick - proof that maybe I’m right where I’m supposed to be.
