Our Signature Eggless Cakes and Fusion Desserts
A look at my current favorites, from hand-doodled bento cakes to festive hampers. Everything here is 100% eggless, made in my Prabhadevi studio using real Belgian chocolate and fresh, seasonal produce.

This modern black forest cake is one of my top recommendations when cherries are in season. It’s a naked cake, showing off layers of rich chocolate, fresh cherry compote, and light cream, all topped with chocolate shards and plump, fresh cherries. It’s an unexpected delight you won't want to miss.
Here’s a little behind the scenes of setting up a cupcake tower for a beautiful outdoor wedding. We created a tower of 140 mini vanilla blueberry cupcakes, topped with a stunning pistachio strawberry cake. It’s a breathtaking centerpiece that tastes as good as it looks.
A close-up of my Diwali dessert boxes, where every piece is crafted to represent an emotion of the festival. You can see the variety of textures and flavors, from creamy cheesecakes and delicate macarons to rich fudges, all arranged like jewels.
I love giving classic Indian flavors a modern twist, and these Butter Chutney Bombolonis are a perfect example. I make these pillowy soft Italian donuts from scratch, toss them in lemon sugar, and fill them with a luscious whipped butter and green chutney filling. It's a savory treat that’s hard to stop at one.
My journey with vegan and gluten-free baking has been a long one, with lots of trials. I'm proud to say I've finally perfected my recipes. This video shows the making of a rich chocolate cake that is completely vegan, gluten-free, and made without refined sugar. It’s all about creating delicious desserts for everyone.

When you look at my work, you'll notice I completely steer clear of fondant. I prefer the clean taste of Belgian chocolate ganache and smooth buttercream, which means these cakes actually taste like real dessert, not just sugar paste. Since my batches are kept small to ensure freshness, I recommend reaching out a few days early for custom orders—especially if you have a specific design in mind.
How I Bake
I’ve spent the last decade moving away from mass-produced sweets and focusing on what I call 'real stuff.' This means no synthetic essences and absolutely no fondant. Whether it's a 300g bento cake for a small celebration or a 140-piece cupcake tower for a wedding, the quality of ingredients remains the same: Belgian chocolate, fresh seasonal fruits like Alphonso mangoes or cherries, and high-fat butter.

I operate out of my studio in Prabhadevi and deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area.
- Lead Time: While I can sometimes manage same-day delivery for simple orders, custom cakes and bulk festive hampers need advance notice to ensure I can give them the attention they deserve.
- Dietary Needs: Standard options are eggless, but I am expanding into vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free ranges. If you have specific dietary requests, just ask when you get in touch.
