I don't use artificial colors or synthetic essences. If it is not in season, it is not on my menu. These are my favorite ways to bake with real, fresh fruit.

My signature Aamras cake is a taste of my childhood. I use the best Alphonso mangoes to create a pure, sugar-free aamras that makes this cake incredibly moist and flavorful. It's available as a mini cake too!

My Pistachio Mango cake is a close contender for the summer favorite. It has a real pistachio sponge, light pistachio buttercream, and chunks of fresh Alphonso mangoes over a bed of aamras. No artificial colors or flavors here!

My Modern Black Forest cake is a top recommendation during cherry season. The combination of rich chocolate, tart cherry compote, and fresh plump cherries is just so damn good.

Cherries deserved an insanely good farewell menu this year! Our Modern Black Forest was a huge hit, but I also created special desserts like these cherry tiramisu jars and mini cherry pies to celebrate the season.

Belgian chocolate and fresh strawberries are a match made in heaven. I've been making this cake since 2016, and it only gets better each year. You can get it as a full-sized cake or a mini for a personal indulgence.
