I turn your child’s favourite themes into delicious, buttercream-covered realities. Every cake I bake is 100% eggless, designed to look fun and taste just like a real treat should.

A first birthday cake for a little girl who loves animals! This two-tiered jungle theme cake features adorable, handcrafted fondant animals on a smooth ganache finish. It’s a perfect example of my minimal fondant approach.

Kids' cakes just keep getting cuter! This first birthday zoo-themed cake features a personalized sign and a whole crew of friendly fondant animals. The entire cake is finished in my signature white chocolate mousse.

"Can you make this with less fondant?" is a request I love. For this dinosaur-themed first birthday cake, all the decorations are flat fondant cutouts on a perfectly smooth ganache base, keeping it delicious and kid-friendly.

Doing anything Disney-themed brings out the kid in me. This two-tiered Mickey Mouse Clubhouse cake is full of bright colors and beloved characters, perfect for a magical 7th birthday celebration.

A 7-year-old who is obsessed with bananas wanted a Minion cake, so that's what he got! This 7-kilo, three-tiered Belgian chocolate and salted caramel cake is covered in buttercream and decorated with fondant bananas and playful Minions.

We're naming a baby boy! This naming ceremony cake features a soft teal ombré buttercream, topped with a sweet, handcrafted fondant teddy bear and personalized blocks. It’s a gentle and beautiful way to celebrate a new arrival.

A sweet "Baby on Board" cake to celebrate a mom-to-be. This design features a pink and blue ombré buttercream and is decorated with tiny, handmade fondant booties, a rattle, and a pacifier.

Sheet cakes are perfect for baby showers when you want to make sure everyone gets a piece. This design features cute fondant baby onesies and buttons, with plenty of room for a delicious slice for every guest.

Pastel colors always win for a fun celebration! This tall cake with rainbow pastel stripes and swirls was made for a tenth birthday, giving off major unicorn and Taylor Swift fan vibes.

It's a personal win when I get to make all of a child's monthly birthday cakes. This colorful half-birthday cake with painted teardrops and fondant balloons celebrates the 18-month milestone in the cutest way.

About Kids & Themed Birthday Cakes

Most of the kids' cakes you see here are finished in rich ganache or smooth buttercream instead of heavy fondant. I find that kids prefer the taste of real chocolate and cream over sugar paste, plus it makes the cake much easier to slice and enjoy at parties.
