About this collection

Most people worry they are not 'fit enough' to start, but here, we prefer you start from scratch. Our sessions rotate between aerial hoop, pole, and ground conditioning, so you are never doing the same thing twice. Whether you are climbing the rope for the first time or holding a handstand, you are training in a space where safety is the priority and the ego is left at the door.
