It is never too early to start the journey. We have special offers for our JKA Shotokan Karate kids' classes, designed to build discipline, skill, and confidence in a supportive environment.
About Join Our Programs
We keep our training practical, so you will not find generic gym memberships here. For our core and conditioning sessions with Coach Tinsley, you get 12 structured sessions a month on our tatami mats. It is not about how many hours you clock in, but how you move during those 60 minutes. We require a baseline of respect and consistency from every member, whether you are signing up for the kid's karate batch or adult MMA training.
Training Philosophy
Our programs are built on the principle that martial arts require a foundation of discipline. Whether you are looking at JKA Shotokan, Kyokushin, or BJJ, you are not just signing up for a class. You are entering a space where we value the technique as much as the intensity. Our HSR Layout facility is designed to support this, featuring proper tatami flooring for joint protection and a serious atmosphere where training is taken seriously.
Available Programs
- Martial Arts: We offer structured classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi and No-Gi), MMA, and traditional Karate. Each discipline has its own curriculum and grading path.
- Conditioning: Our functional strength classes are designed to complement your martial arts work. They focus on mobility, core stability, and endurance, using both modern methods and traditional conditioning drills.
- Kids & Adults: We maintain separate batches to ensure training is appropriate for the age and skill level. Our kids' karate program specifically emphasizes motor skills, discipline, and confidence.
Getting Started
We recommend starting with a single session day pass to test the facility and the training intensity. This allows you to experience the coach's instruction style and the class structure before committing to a monthly membership. Our programs follow a set schedule with classes running three times a week, ensuring you maintain a consistent rhythm. All participants are expected to adhere to basic dojo etiquette, including bowing upon entry and respecting the training area.
