About this collection

You won't find fancy machines or intimidating gym culture here. My studio in RR Nagar is built for one thing: getting you moving. We use practical tools like tractor tyres, agility ladders, and step platforms, but the secret sauce is our group energy. Whether you are aiming for fat loss or just want to shake off the stress, you do it as part of our gang, not alone.

Getting fit is not about magic pills or starvation. My 'Fat to Fit' journey is simple, relying on consistency and effort. When you join my sessions, you get more than just a workout. We blend high-energy dance cardio, step aerobics, and functional training, including tyre flips and agility ladders, to keep things fresh.

Diet is the missing link for many. You cannot train away a bad diet, so I provide personalized Indian diet charts that actually fit into a normal home routine. There are no fancy, imported ingredients you have never heard of, just real, home-cooked food guidance.

I call my members the 'gang' for a reason. Working out alone feels like a chore, but here, the music is loud, the floor is wooden, and everyone pushes each other. We are based in BEML Layout, RR Nagar, and I keep batch sizes limited so I can actually guide you personally. If you have been hesitant about joining a gym, come try a session.
