I don’t believe in magic pills or starvation. When you join my program, we don’t just workout for an hour; we look at your lifestyle. We track your measurements, adjust your home-cooked meals, and use equipment like tractor tyres and agility ladders in the studio to make sure you are burning fat and building strength.
My approach is straightforward: we mix things up so you never get bored. In our RR Nagar studio, one day we are doing high-intensity Zumba or step aerobics, and the next we are using functional training props like tractor tyres and medicine balls.

You cannot out-train a bad diet. I don't believe in fad diets or expensive supplements. I provide a personalized diet chart that is based on regular Indian home-cooked meals. We focus on portion control, timing, and hydration. It is sustainable, which is why members like Manju Kamath successfully lost 20kg in three months.
