Here’s a glimpse into one of our high-energy Zumba sessions. We mix fun dance choreography with effective floor exercises like planks and finish with a proper cool-down stretch. It’s a full-body workout that feels like a party.

About Featured
You don't need to be a professional to walk through our doors. Our 60-minute sessions are designed for everyone, starting with high-energy Zumba and Bollywood tracks, followed by 15 minutes of dedicated toning using light weights to ensure you get a full-body result.
Why We Do Things Differently
I believe fitness should be the best part of your day, not a chore. My studio isn't about numbers on a scale; it's about the energy you feel when the music starts. Whether you are a total beginner or someone who has danced for years, you will fit right in.
The Workout Structure
We keep things exciting by rotating styles throughout the week. Our 60-minute sessions are split into:
- Cardio Mix: We start with high-intensity Zumba set to Latin rhythms and switch it up with Bollybeats, which brings that high-energy Bollywood pulse. It is sweaty, fast, and guaranteed to make you grin.
- Strength Component: We spend the final 15 minutes on floor exercises and arm toning using 1kg to 2.5kg vinyl dumbbells. It helps tighten up while your heart rate comes down.
Our Studio Vibe
We operate out of an air-conditioned space in Tejaswini Nagar, featuring wood-finish flooring and full wall mirrors, which are perfect for fixing your form. We use colored LED strips and spot lighting to create a party atmosphere so you actually look forward to showing up.

When I say we are a family, I mean it. We celebrate birthdays with cake, acknowledge festivals, and make sure every small win is a reason to high-five.
