About this collection

My DanceFit sessions are designed for real people who want to move, not robots. We spend 60 minutes alternating between high-energy Bollywood choreography and HIIT, ensuring you get a proper cardio burn without it feeling like a chore. Let's be real, most gyms feel like a task you have to check off. I wanted to create a space that feels like hanging out with friends, where the workout just happens to be a bonus. We train at Maxburn Fitness in Koramangala, a studio with wooden flooring that actually saves your knees while you jump around.

What to Expect

Most of my weekday sessions are 60-minute blocks. We don't just dance; we incorporate HIIT and functional movements because I want you to build strength, not just burn calories.
