About this collection
My choreography is not about being a pro or getting every move right. It is about matching the energy of the track, whether that is a fast-paced Tamil Kuthu beat or a smooth K-pop routine. If you can move your feet and laugh at yourself when you miss a step, you are doing it perfectly.
I started teaching dance because I needed a way to express myself and stay happy, and that is exactly what I bring to my sessions. My classes are a mix of Bollywood, Tamil, Telugu, and pop tracks designed to get your heart racing without feeling like a boring workout.
What to Expect
- Inclusive Environment: Whether you have two left feet or you have been dancing for years, this is a judgment-free zone. We focus on energy over perfect form.
- High-Intensity Cardio: We move for 50 minutes straight. It is sweaty, it is fast, and you will leave feeling lighter.

Where We Dance
I am currently running group dance fitness sessions at Cult.fit centers across Bengaluru. These studios have sprung wooden floors that are great for your joints. I also host private workshops for offices and apartments if you are looking to get a team or group together.
