This is what it's all about. A full class, high energy, and everyone just having a great time together. My mixed batches are a fantastic way to get a cardio workout in a supportive and energetic group setting.
Here I am leading a session with some of our regulars. My choreography is simple and easy to follow, so you can focus on the workout and the fun, not on getting every step right. This is a typical routine from one of our mixed group dance classes.

About this collection
In my sessions, I use a 60-minute follow-the-leader format. There is no complicated choreography to memorize, so you can stop stressing about steps and just focus on keeping up with the cardio. Whether it is a viral Kannada track or a classic Bollywood hit, we just move until we are sweating and smiling.
Dance fitness should feel like a party, not a chore. That is why I designed my sessions at the BDA Complex in Banashankari to be accessible for everyone, whether you have danced for years or have two left feet.
The Workout Breakdown
- Follow-the-leader: No counting steps or intense rehearsals. You watch, I lead, we move.
- Playlist variety: We cycle through high-BPM Bollywood, regional Kannada hits, Telugu tracks, and Zumba-style latin moves.
- The atmosphere: We use functional lighting and neon to keep the energy up. It is not about the mirror; it is about the vibe.
Batch Options
We keep the groups tight and focused. If you prefer a space just for women, our Ladies-Only batch offers a supportive environment to let loose. For those who want that mixed-group energy, our open batches are where the crowd really gets moving. We even include an optional reel-filming session at the end of class if you want to show off your progress.
Getting Started
You do not need special gear. Just wear comfy tees, leggings, or track pants, and bring a bottle of water. I handle the rhythm and the track selection, you just bring the smile. If you are a working professional struggling with weekday hours, our weekend batches are built to give you that high-intensity burn on Saturday and Sunday.
