Forget perfect moves. It is all about that energy when the beat drops. Come sweat, laugh, and lose yourself in the music with me at 1234 Academy.

This is what it's all about. A full class, high energy, and everyone just having a great time together. My mixed batches are a fantastic way to get a cardio workout in a supportive and energetic group setting.

Here I am leading a session with some of our regulars. My choreography is simple and easy to follow, so you can focus on the workout and the fun, not on getting every step right. This is a typical routine from one of our mixed group dance classes.

Check out the energy in our ladies-only batch. I create a comfortable and judgment-free space where everyone feels empowered to move. This is a great example of a fun, synchronized Bollywood cardio routine.

Dance fitness is for everyone. It's awesome to see guys joining in and killing the choreography in my mixed batches. Fitness has no gender, and here we just focus on moving to the beat.

In my sessions, I use a 60-minute follow-the-leader format. There is no complicated choreography to memorize, so you can stop stressing about steps and just focus on keeping up with the cardio. Whether it is a viral Kannada track or a classic Bollywood hit, we just move until we are sweating and smiling.
