Join a Live Puppets & Stories Show

Booking a ticket for a public show is the best way to get a taste of what I do. Each 60-minute session is a mix of folktales, fingerplay, and live interaction where my puppets—like Paprika the chicken—really come to life. My public storytelling sessions aren't just a sit-and-watch affair. These are interactive experiences where the line between audience and performer blurs. Whether you catch a show in Mumbai, Bengaluru, or Hyderabad, you will find the same core elements: a professional puppet booth setup, distinct character voices, and original scripts based on Jataka tales, Panchatantra, or global folktales like Anansi.

What happens during a session?

• Interactive Storytelling: It is not just me talking. Expect fingerplays, action songs, and moments where the puppets might even ask your child a question.
• Puppet Personalities: My puppets have distinct, often stubborn personalities. Paprika the chicken often steals the show by insisting every story is about her.
• Age Inclusivity: While many shows are designed for kids ages 3 to 8, these are truly family events. I focus on humor and storytelling layers that keep adults engaged just as much as the little ones.
• Post-Show Magic: Every session ends with a brief meet-and-greet, giving kids a chance to shake hands with their favorite puppet characters.

Since I travel across India, the venues change—from library reading corners and art spaces to festivals like the Festival of Play. Each location is chosen to keep the environment intimate enough for every child to feel part of the narrative circle.
