Why I Do What I Do

I bring old stories into new spaces with my puppet buddies - like Paprika the chicken, who always thinks every story is about her. For me, storytelling isn’t just talking at people. It’s about those moments when everyone in the room feels the same giggle or gasp. It’s how I keep our roots alive, one tale at a time.

What You Get

It’s not your regular narration - it’s a full-on interactive puppet storytelling experience. My shows blend:

• Puppet play with a bunch of quirky characters who argue, sing, and steal the show
• Live oral storytelling with voices, gestures, and a lot of drama
• Music and movement - expect fingerplays, claps, and singalongs
• Audience action - you might just find yourself part of the adventure

For All Ages

I perform for kids, families, and the kid hiding inside every adult. Shows can be custom-fit for toddlers, school kids, or even for grown-ups at offices and teacher workshops.

My Story Bag

I’ve got Indian folktale retelling from the Jataka and Panchatantra, global tales (like the famous Anansi stories), and funny takes on classics. Special themes? Friendship, courage, teamwork, and more.

Where I Go

I travel with my puppets to schools, fests, libraries, offices - even hospitals. All I need is a little space and people ready to listen.
