Missing that comfort of a simple, hot meal? Our sabzi and dal are slow-cooked in a home kitchen just like your mom makes, with no shortcuts and proper ghar ka tadka.

Our weekend special: home-cooked Chole Bhature. The spicy chole masala is served with fluffy bhature, pickled onions, and fried green chillies.

A close-up of our Amchoori Jeera Aloo. These potatoes are tossed in tangy amchoor (dry mango powder), cumin, and other spices for a simple yet delicious side dish.

Our Tadakti Bhadakti Aloo Gobhi, a classic Punjabi dish of potatoes and cauliflower cooked in a spicy tomato-based masala, garnished with fresh ginger and cucumber.

Our Dal Makhan Wali, also known as Dal Makhani, is rich, creamy, and topped with butter. It's the perfect comfort food for any meal.

Watch us make our Aloo Gobhi Masala. We add parboiled potatoes and cauliflower to a simmering tomato gravy, ensuring every piece is coated in flavour.

A complete home-style meal featuring Paneer Kadahi Adraki and Aloo Baingan, served with fresh rotis and a chatpata onion salad.

A look inside our vegetarian thali, which includes Amchoori Jeera Aloo, Chole, rice, rotis, and a portion of our sweet Gajar Halwa.

This Punjabi thali features Paneer Butter Masala, Langar Wali Dal, steamed rice, rotis, and our Desi Ghee Halwa. It's a hearty and complete meal.

Our chole masala is made with a blend of traditional spices that give it an authentic, homestyle taste.

About Ghar Ki Sabzi & Dal

We don’t use heavy cashew pastes or artificial thickeners to fake that restaurant richness. Instead, our Dal Makhani is slow-cooked over hours until it’s creamy on its own, and our Aloo Gobhi gets its flavour from fresh ginger juliennes and authentic spices, just like you’d cook it in your own kitchen.

Why Our Ghar Ka Khana Tastes Different

It’s simple, we cook for you the same way we cook for our own family. If you have spent too much time eating oily restaurant food and missing the lightness of a home-cooked meal, you will taste the difference immediately.

Our Dal Makhani is not a quick-fix recipe. We slow-simmer it until the texture is perfect, using real butter and cream, never compromising on the time it takes to get that authentic flavor. When it comes to our dry sabzis, like the Amchoori Jeera Aloo or Aloo Gobhi Masala, we avoid heavy gravies. You get fresh cauliflower and potatoes, tossed in a balanced mix of spices that lets the vegetable actually taste like a vegetable.

What to expect when you order:

  • Authenticity: Old-school Punjabi recipes passed down through generations.
  • Freshness: Cooked in small batches in our Sector 15, Gurgaon kitchen.
  • No Shortcuts: No excessive sugar or pre-made bases, just fresh ingredients.

Whether you need a quick weekday lunch or a comforting Sunday dinner, our thalis and individual portions bring that 'maa ke haath ka swaad' straight to your table. We serve Gurgaon with food that is made with love, not factory standards.
