Straight from My Gurgaon Kitchen
What I make isn’t fancy restaurant style - it’s the kind of Desi Chinese you get at home, with that full-on mom’s vibe. Every dish gets the maa ke haath ka swaad (taste of mom’s cooking) and is cooked fresh, right here in Sector 15 Part 2, Gurgaon. I use a classic wok and high flame for that smoky kick, always with fresh ingredients. You’ll feel the love, or as I say, dil se.
Starters & Appetizers
You won’t find boring stuff here. I’m all about those chatkaredar (tangy, spicy) starters:
- Chilli Paneer (Dry): Soft paneer and crunchy veggies, tossed to perfection.
- Paneer Tikka: Punjabi-style, with mint chutney on the side.
- Chilli Chicken (Dry): Juicy pieces, lots of onions and peppers, just like a proper homemade chilli chicken recipe.
- Steam Momos: Chicken only, soft and simple.
- Gobhi Manchurian & Veg Manchurian (Dry): Tangy, saucy, and full of flavour.
- Honey Chilli Potato: Sweet, spicy, crispy, and totally addictive.
- Desi Noodles: Just garlic, veggies, and that homely touch.

I only deliver within Gurgaon for now. Every order’s made fresh, packed so it stays hot, and always straight from my home kitchen.

This isn’t fancy restaurant food, it’s proper ghar wala khaana (food from home) - all old Punjabi and Multani recipes, full of maa ke haath ka swaad (taste of a mother’s hands).
