About Homemade Pickles, Chutneys & Preserves
Ghar Ka Taste, Jar Mein
Everything I make comes straight from my home kitchen, not a factory. These are recipes I grew up eating - the kind of 'maa ke haath ka swaad' (mom’s cooking flavour) that always pulled us back to the table for one more bite. If you’re missing that real, old-school taste, my jars deliver it.
What Makes My Pickles & Chutneys Different
- Properly homemade, not mass produced.
- Only natural stuff goes in - ‘bina koi preservative ke’ (no preservatives), and for sweet ones, I use jaggery, never refined sugar.
- I use less oil but still keep that real traditional Punjabi pickles vibe.
- Every batch is made fresh, small batch achaar style, once you order. No stale stuff lying around.
My Range
- Pickles (Achaar): Aam ka Achaar, Gobhi Shalgam Gajar Achaar (khatta meetha), Nimbu ka Achaar, Khatta Gajar Achaar, Pickled Onions.
- Chutneys: Aam ki Chutney (don’t miss the gutli - trust me, ‘chutney khao, gutli ko chooso’), Lahsun ki Chutney, Amla Chutney.
- Preserves: Homemade mango murabba, Amla Murabba.
Why People Come Back
Most folks tell me they can’t stop eating once they start. Maybe it’s nostalgia or just the preservative-free chutneys and pickles, but the jars never last long. Everything is made ‘dil se’ (from the heart), each order is personal.
