My Dal Makhni is slow-cooked to perfection until it's rich, creamy, and full of flavor. I finish it with a swirl of cream and a pat of butter, making it the ultimate comfort food for your meal.

This is my homestyle Masala Chaap, a hearty and protein-packed vegetarian dish. The soya chaap is cooked in a thick, spiced gravy and garnished with fresh coriander.

A simple and healthy choice, my Mix Veg sabzi is a stir-fry of seasonal vegetables like carrots, peas, cauliflower, and beans. It's lightly spiced to bring out the natural taste of the vegetables.

This is a glimpse of how I prepare my popular Masala Chaap. I cook the soya chaap pieces in a rich tomato and onion gravy until they are tender and have absorbed all the delicious masalas.
