Advanced Asana Practice
For those looking to deepen their practice, I guide students through advanced postures like Chakrasana and Halasana. I provide step by step instructions and modifications to ensure safe alignment and progression, helping you build strength and flexibility.
Restorative & Gentle Yoga
My restorative sessions use props like blocks and straps to help you hold poses longer and release deep seated tension. These classes are designed to soothe the nervous system, improve flexibility with minimal effort, and are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Traditional Yogic Kriyas & Meditation
I incorporate traditional techniques to enhance well being beyond physical postures. We practice Jyoti Trataka (candle gazing) to improve focus and sleep, and Jala Neti (nasal cleansing) to help with sinus issues and allergies.
