I built this space for one reason: to turn potential into performance. From the squat racks to the indoor turf, this is where the real work happens.

A look at the power racks and lifting platforms in my gym. This setup is the heart of our strength program, allowing for safe and effective execution of essential compound lifts like squats, presses, and deadlifts.

The layout of my gym is designed for a seamless flow between different training zones. You can see the dedicated platforms for Olympic lifting and the open space for dynamic warmups and conditioning drills.

We have indoor turf nets, allowing cricketers to transition directly from their strength work to skill practice. This integrated setup ensures that the power and speed we develop in the gym are immediately applied to batting and bowling.

An integrated training environment with a turf track running alongside the main gym floor. This allows us to combine strength exercises with speed and agility drills, creating a comprehensive athletic development session.

A perspective from within the power rack, the place where raw strength is forged. The gym is equipped with high-quality barbells and bumper plates to handle the heavy loads required for professional athlete training.

New space, same hunger. This is where the work gets done. A quick tour of the facility shows the environment we've created, focused on performance, discipline, and constant improvement.

A walkthrough of the gym, showcasing the different zones and equipment available. From the free weights area to the turf, every corner is designed to help athletes reach their peak potential.

About My Gym: The Home of Champions

This isn't a commercial gym with rows of cardio machines. I’ve kitted this space out with professional-grade Roxan equipment, including heavy-duty power racks and a dedicated indoor turf track for speed and agility work. If you’re serious about your training and need a spot where you can move heavy iron without waiting for a machine or worrying about gym etiquette, this is it.
