Training isn't just about sets and reps, it's about the connection that keeps you moving forward. Whether we are on the gym floor or grabbing a meal, we are in this together.

Every moment feels like home. Relaxing with cricketers Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Rinku Singh. The bonds we build off the field are just as important as the work we do on it.

Happy life, happy vibe. A great moment with Rinku Singh on the field. A positive relationship and mutual respect are key to a successful coach-athlete partnership.

Happy times in the gym with Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Rahul Tripathi. The gym is our workplace, but we make sure to keep the energy positive and supportive.

TEAM. A night out with the boys. It's important to celebrate the wins and enjoy the journey together.

Mindset: Transformed. I lead by example. I follow the same principles of discipline and hard work that I ask of my athletes.

Good vibes, big energy. Rinku Singh arriving at the gym, ready to put in the work. The attitude you bring to the session matters.

Feeling grateful. Sharing a meal with cricketer Karn Sharma. These moments of downtime are crucial for building camaraderie.

A picture with Karn Sharma. The friendship and trust we share make the hard work more rewarding.

Brotherhood forever. With my friend and athlete Karn Sharma on the field. We've been on this journey together for a long time.

Congratulations to Nitish Kumar Reddy on his outstanding performance. It's incredibly rewarding to see a young athlete's hard work pay off on the big stage.

About The Grind & The Yaari (Friendship)

When you step into my gym, you aren't just another client. We put in the hard work to get the stats up, but the real magic happens in the recovery sessions and the post-workout conversations where we build the trust that helps you handle pressure on the field.

Success is mental. I live by 'Man ke jeete jeet hai' because if your mind is tough, your body will follow. My coaching style revolves around building a partnership. It is not just about writing a workout plan; it is about understanding your specific stressors, whether you are a pro cricketer like Bhuvneshwar Kumar or a young athlete just starting out.

Why the Connection Matters

Athletic performance is more than just raw power. It is about consistency, and you stay consistent when you have a coach you trust. I focus on:

  • Mental Toughness: Helping you maintain focus during the off-season and high-pressure tournament weeks.
  • Transparent Feedback: No fluff, just real talk about what your body needs, whether it's recovery drills or a specific diet tweak.
  • Long-Term Growth: I want to be the guy you can call when you are struggling with a slump or celebrating a win.

We train in small groups of 6 to 10 athletes or through 1-on-1 sessions. This ensures I know exactly how you move, how you recover, and where we need to push harder. We put in the grind during the training blocks, but the bond we build—the 'yaari'—is what ensures you keep showing up, day after day, until you reach your goal.

I am Surya. I do not just count reps; I get in the trenches with my athletes. We push, we laugh, and we grow, whether we are training for the IPL or just leveling up our game.
