This is the first look at what I do. It’s a snapshot of the energy, the athletes I train, and the results we chase together. This is where strength built in the gym shows up on the field.
My Gym: The Home of Champions
I built this space from the ground up with one goal: to create the ultimate training facility for serious athletes. It has everything we need, from power racks and turf tracks for speed work to dedicated areas for mobility and recovery.
Cricket: Building On-Field Power
This is my core focus: making cricketers stronger, faster, and more resilient. We work on everything from raw strength with squats and deadlifts to explosive power for batting and bowling, ensuring every exercise has a direct impact on performance.
Explosive Power, Speed & Agility
Strength is nothing without speed. In this section, you'll see how we train for explosiveness. We use plyometrics, hurdle drills, sprints, and medicine ball throws to teach the body to produce force quickly, which is crucial for any sport.
Injury Prevention & Mobility
The best ability is availability. We focus heavily on keeping athletes healthy with targeted mobility drills, stability exercises, and rehab protocols. A strong athlete is a resilient athlete.
Training for Golfers
A powerful golf swing starts in the gym. I work with golfers to develop rotational power, core stability, and overall strength that translates to increased clubhead speed and a more consistent, injury-free game.
My Coaching Philosophy
Victory starts in the mind. I believe in building complete athletes, not just strong bodies. This section shares my core principles on training, mindset, and what it takes to win, both on and off the field.
On The Field: Pro Leagues & Big Stages
This is where the hard work pays off. These are moments from the biggest stages in cricket, including the IPL and the World Cup. I work with professional teams and athletes to ensure they are at their physical peak for every match.
The Grind & The Yaari (Friendship)
Training is a partnership built on trust and friendship. It's not just about lifting weights; it's about the bond we build, the motivation we share, and the fun we have along the way. This is my team, my yaari.
