I’m not here for random gym gains. We build strength that actually helps you play better, whether you’re a cricketer, golfer, or just want to move like an athlete. I do the same workouts I give you, so I know exactly how it feels.

What We Work On

  • Raw Strength: We use key lifts like squats, deadlifts, overhead press, and hip thrusts. Basics, but with progressive overload because that’s how you get strong.
  • Explosive Power & Speed: We focus on sports-specific strength training - rotational power for batters, explosiveness for bowlers. Contrast training (heavy lift + explosive move) and unilateral work to fix strength imbalances.
  • Agility & Conditioning: Expect sprints, hurdle jumps, plyo drills - all to boost your on-field speed and reaction.
  • Mobility & Injury-Proofing: Targeted rehab, stability work, and stretching routines to keep you robust and ready.

My Story

Hey, I’m Surya. Half my life’s in the gym, other half somewhere on a bike in the mountains, Ladakh types. That thrill, that view, it keeps me going, yaar. My gym? Started as a dream, now it’s my spot for good energy. God’s plan, I guess. My clients? More like buddies. We push each other, laugh, sweat, and just keep moving.
