Unplug from screens and get on the court. My kids’ classes build focus, discipline, and smash-ready skills for ages 4 and up.

I get kids moving and focused with agility ladder exercises. These drills are essential for developing the quick footwork and coordination needed for badminton.

School's out, time to smash. I provide a space where young players can have fun while learning the fundamentals of the game, from basic rallies to powerful smashes.

I believe in channeling a child's energy productively. This video shows how I use badminton to improve focus and physical fitness, keeping them engaged and active.

Less screen time, more court time. I work closely with young players, like this student getting a high-five from his coach, to build skills and a love for the sport.

Smash, hustle, repeat. My young trainees learn the value of persistence, whether they are listening to instructions or practicing their form on the court.

The grind never stops, not even for the youngest players. I teach them to keep playing and pushing their limits from day one.

Here you can see our future champions during an outdoor agility session and an indoor floor exercise. I build well-rounded athletes, focusing on both on-court skills and off-court conditioning.

From a close-up of the shuttlecocks we use to a young player executing a perfect lunge, every detail is about smashing limits and training with the best.

A glimpse into life at my academy. I am seen here interacting with a group of young players, while another young girl practices her serve. It's all about professional coaching and hard work.

Slowly, slowly, the hard work brings results. This video shows a young player's journey from skipping drills to proudly holding his championship certificate and medal.

About Young Champions in Training

For these sessions, ensure your child has their own racket and non-marking shoes. We run group sessions with a 1:12 coach-to-student ratio, keeping the energy high while focusing on grip correction, footwork, and basic stroke development.

I don't teach to keep kids busy. I teach to build athletes. My training method focuses on physical conditioning through agility ladder drills, bodyweight exercises, and on-court footwork patterns. This helps children move better, react faster, and develop the mental grit that carries over into their studies and daily life.

Why Train With Us

  • Structured Progression: We move from basic grip and service rules to complex techniques like overhead clears and net play.
  • Discipline: We enforce a no-excuses policy. Whether it is a 4-year-old learning to serve or a teenager training for the district level, the grind remains the same.
  • Environment: All our training hubs in Rohini, South Delhi, and Gurgaon feature indoor, air-conditioned courts, ensuring your child trains in comfort regardless of the Delhi weather.

What To Expect

Most parents notice improved energy levels and focus within the first month. We provide a mix of fun and rigorous training, ensuring kids stay engaged. We do not use shortcuts. It is about consistency—hauli hauli (slowly, slowly)—building the strength to smash harder and run faster. If you want your child to learn the value of hard work while developing real sports skills, this is the place.

I don't believe in shortcuts—just steady, sweat-soaked progress. Whether your child is 4 or 14, I push them to build the grit they need to win, on and off the court. We’re not just a club; we’re a team that plays hard, stays disciplined, and celebrates every win.
