Inside Our Badminton Academy Life and Training Culture
This is what happens when you commit to the grind. From morning drills to internal tournaments, here is how we build champions at my courts every single day.
Your time to level up. This video shows the expansive court space at my academy and a young player focused on his drill, ready to improve his game.
Life is better with a racquet in hand. This video captures the joy and focus of my players, from a young girl walking confidently on court to another in a deep lunge.
Show up every day. One percent improvement is better than nothing. This is the philosophy we live by at the academy, as seen in this simple but powerful clip.
A look back at a pre-covid badminton match at the Constitution Club of India. My passion for the game extends to playing and competing myself.
This video shows a banner with glimpses of our Inter-SSBA badminton tournament. I organize regular competitions to keep my students motivated and game-ready.
About Additional Work & Academy Life
It is not just about hitting the shuttle; it is about the environment. Whether you are training at our Rohini, South Delhi, or Gurgaon indoor centers, you will see the same thing: players skipping the excuses and putting in the work. You will notice the diversity on our courts—from 4-year-olds finding their first grip to adults sweating through intense 2-on-1 drills—all sharing the same 'no-shortcut' mindset. If you are looking for a place where everyone from the senior coach to the youngest player is focused on one more rep, you have found it.
Building Champions, One Session at a Time
I built these academies because I was tired of seeing talent wasted on distractions. My courts—whether at Ardee City in Gurgaon, Rohini, or Kalindi Colony—are not for social hour. They are for sweat, focus, and progression. When you walk through my doors, you are not just booking a court; you are entering a space where discipline is the baseline.
The Academy Atmosphere
Expect pro-grade synthetic or wooden flooring and climate control, but do not expect comfort during training. I keep the intensity high because that is how you actually improve. My students understand that progress is non-negotiable. Whether you are in our beginner foundation classes or the elite pro performance tracks, the vibe remains the same: Hauli hauli mehnat kr (work hard slowly).
Why We Host Internal Tournaments
I organize regular inter-academy competitions for a reason. Training is one thing, but performing under pressure is different. My students need to know how to handle the nerves, follow official rules, and execute their skills when it counts. It keeps the hunger alive and gives everyone a concrete goal to aim for beyond just the daily fitness drills.
Who Trains Here?
- Kids & Beginners: My youngest recruits start at 4. We channel their energy into focus and discipline, turning screen time into court time.
- Adults & Fitness Enthusiasts: If you are over 20 and tired of the gym, this is your alternative. It is intense, it burns, and it is rewarding.
- Competitive Players: For those eyeing district or national podiums, my advanced programs with senior coaching and multi-shuttle drills provide the grind you need to win.
Everything we do here is about real results. No excuses, no shortcuts, just training.
