In our beginner sessions, we prioritize getting your grip and stance right to prevent long-term injuries, while our adult recreational batches balance technique with intense, organized match play. Every session follows a clear structure, whether you are here for post-work fitness or aiming for state-level competition.
Training That Fits Your Goals
We structure our programs based on where you are in your journey, not just your age. Whether you are at the Sachivalaya Gymkhana in Mumbai or The Sports School in Bengaluru, our curriculum remains consistent.
- Beginner Grassroots Program: Perfect for kids (6-18) learning the game. We focus on basic movement, stance, and service rules using durable nylon shuttles. It is about building a foundation that lasts.
- Intermediate Development Batch: For those ready to compete. We switch to feather shuttles and introduce multi-shuttle drills to improve reaction time, agility, and game sense.
- Elite High-Performance Training: A 6-day regimen designed for aspiring pros. This includes off-court strength and conditioning, mental resilience training, and masterclasses from our expert panel.
- Adult Recreation & Fitness: We know you have a life outside the court. These batches are 30% technical correction and 70% match play. It is the best way to get a real workout and clear your head after a day at work.
