The Foundation
For young players, bad habits form quickly. We prioritize the fundamentals:
- Grip & Stance: Correcting forehand and backhand grips early on to prevent injuries like tennis elbow.
- Movement: Footwork is 70% of the game. We use agility ladders and hurdles to build quick, balanced movement that lasts a lifetime.
- Accuracy: Hand-feed tossing drills and contact point training to ensure consistent shot placement.
