I don’t just teach badminton; I build champions. My method is built on sweat, discipline, and relentless consistency because that is the only way to win.

My coaches and I teach more than just the game. We shape champions on and off the court. This is our commitment to every student.

A view from above showing my coaches overseeing a full training session. We are always present, guiding and pushing our players to be better.

I work closely with every player, including hyperactive kids, to channel their energy. My coaching provides focus, discipline, and a positive environment.

Keep showing up. That's the first rule. My coaches and I are here every day, leading by example and ensuring our players stay committed.

The coach-student bond is unbeatable. Here, a coach gives a high-five to a young player, showing the encouragement and positive reinforcement that is central to my method.

A coach is a mentor and a friend. This moment, where a coach helps a student with his shoes, shows the level of personal care and support we provide.

Mental toughness is the most important attribute. Here I am giving a counseling session to players at my Rohini academy, focusing on building a strong mindset.

Another angle of a group counseling session. I make sure to address the mental aspect of the game, preparing players for high-pressure situations.

A wide shot of a group talk at the academy. I believe in direct communication and building a strong, unified team spirit among all my players.

Here I am speaking to my students at the Rohini academy. These sessions are crucial for instilling discipline, focus, and the will to win.

About The SSBA Coaching Method

When you step onto my court, the first thing you notice is the intensity. We don't just run through drills; we fix your grip, correct your footwork, and hold you accountable for every single session. My coaching goes beyond the game because we focus on building mental toughness, pushing you to do one more rep, and ensuring you have the discipline to win long after you leave the court.

How We Build Champions

My training method isn't for those looking for shortcuts. It’s for anyone ready to put in the work. Whether you are a 4-year-old picking up a racket for the first time or a competitive player eyeing national tournaments, the approach remains the same: hard work and consistency.

The Three Pillars of My Training:

  • Mental Conditioning: Talent gets you on the court, but mental grit wins matches. I personally conduct counseling sessions to help players handle pressure, stay focused, and develop a winning mindset. We talk about goals, discipline, and staying hungry for improvement.
  • Relentless On-Court Drills: We use high-volume multi-shuttle feeding to build reflexes and consistency. My coaches are always present, correcting your smashes, perfecting your net play, and running 2-on-1 scenarios to simulate match pressure.
  • Physical Strength & Agility: You can't perform without the right engine. My off-court program includes agility ladder work, plyometrics, and full-body conditioning. If you want a powerful smash, you need the explosive speed to back it up.

Programs for Every Level

We operate with a 'no excuses' culture across all our Delhi NCR locations, including Rohini, Gurgaon, and South Delhi.

  • Beginner Foundation: We strip the game down to the basics. Grip, stance, service, and movement. This is where we unplug kids from screens and teach them the joy of physical effort.
  • Intermediate Training: This is where volume increases. We switch to feather shuttles and introduce advanced situational tactics.
  • Elite Pro Performance: For those chasing professional glory, I bring in high-performance structures, double sessions, and video analysis of your sparring sessions to tweak your biomechanics.

Chal chal aage! If you’re ready to stop making excuses and start training, come find me on the court.
