When you see our students on that podium, you are looking at the end of a long chain: months of 5 AM training sessions, multi-shuttle drills until the shoulders burn, and precise stroke correction. We don’t believe in coddling players. At SSBA, we treat every session like match day. My Elite Pro Performance program, for instance, involves double sessions—morning and evening—where players are pushed through international-style footwork and tactical drills. We use video analysis to break down their biomechanics, identifying the exact millisecond where a movement fails. Results speak louder than words. We’ve seen our students like Aanvi Mathur secure 3rd place at the All India Sub-Junior level and helped players like Ravi and Latika clinch 4 gold medals at the Level 3 Para International in Uganda. These aren't just trophies; they are evidence of our 'no excuses' culture. Whether it is local district championships in Gurgaon or state-level competitions, my coaching focuses on building mental grit.
