Student Journeys and Yoga Progress in Paschim Vihar
Real yoga is not about perfectly posed pictures. It is about the daily work, the small breakthroughs, and the personal journey of becoming a teacher.
Strong is the new beautiful. Watch my student build strength and balance as she practices an advanced variation of the Crow Pose. It takes courage to try, and she is getting stronger every day.
You are not here to be perfect, you are here to be real, raw, and fearless. This student shows her journey of learning Bakasana, falling, and getting back up to try again. This is the true spirit of yoga.
About Student Journeys and Progress
When you step onto the mat in my studio, we do not rush into advanced asanas. Whether you are learning Bakasana (Crow Pose) or mastering pranayama, I personally guide you through alignment adjustments, helping you safely build the strength and confidence required to teach others effectively.
My studio in Paschim Vihar is more than just a fitness space; it is a community where we focus on authentic practice. The transition from student to teacher is intense, requiring discipline in anatomy, philosophy, and teaching methodology. I emphasize the dheere-dheere (slow) approach because sustainable growth is better than quick gains.
You will learn to cue students, use props like blocks and straps for support, and understand the nuances of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow. By the time you complete your certification, you won't just know the poses; you will embody the philosophy, ready to lead your own classes with clarity. Whether you join our in-person sessions at Trainer Fitness Studio or opt for our online training, you receive the same attention to detail and real-world teaching experience.
