  • 1-on-1 Personal Training: This is for those who need technical dissection. We spend 75 minutes focusing on your specific goals, whether it is fixing your clean and jerk, or breaking down your sled push efficiency. I provide immediate feedback and video analysis to correct your form.

  • Small Group Hyrox Circuit: These 60-minute sessions are for the squad. We focus on high-volume conditioning, AMRAPs, and EMOMs. You get the community atmosphere of a team that grinds together, with the guidance needed to stay safe while pushing your heart rate zones.
