What I’m About

I train people to be strong, not just look strong. My coaching is for those who want a body that’s ready for real life, not just for selfies. Aesthetic changes happen, but I focus on making you capable, resilient, and battle-ready.

How I Coach

  • Performance comes first. If you’re in the gym, the goal is always to lift zyada se zyada (as much as possible) and see what your body can actually do.
  • No gimmicks. I use evidence-based nutrition guidance and stick to science, not Insta trends. Fundamentals matter most.
  • The mental side is huge. Fitness is about discipline and bouncing back from failures. Kaizen mindset — keep improving, even when it’s tough.

Training & Nutrition

  • My style is functional strength training. Expect big lifts like squats, deadlifts, and movements that build real power, not just muscle for show.
  • Nutrition plans are always food-first. I’ll help you dodge supplement scams and focus on mindful eating for athletes or anyone who wants to do better — whether your goal is diabetes reversal, fat loss, or packing on strength.
  • If you’ve had injuries, I know the grind. I’ve bounced back from mine. Rehab coaching here means listening to your body, ditching the ego, and working your way back, one step at a time.

No Fitness ‘Gyaan’, Only Real Talk

I call out the delulu (delusional) stuff and influencer nonsense. If you want honest advice and real results, not daal mein bhi toh protein hai (just eat lentils for protein) logic, I’m your guy.

My Story

People always ask - why do I keep going, even with bones like an old man? 26 fractures, torn MCL, popped shoulder, all that jazz. But I love this grind. Jackie Chan said it best - do what you love, whatever it takes. I had to drop to 65kg after a rib break, got technical, won ADCC Gold. Now, pushing back to 80kg, heavy lifting, not for the ‘look’, but the feel. Age is ticking, but I’m not slowing down. It’s about smart, controlled moves. Cheers.
