We reimagine dated apartments and vintage homes into light-filled, functional spaces. By integrating existing architecture with modern design, we ensure every renovation feels fresh yet deeply personal.

The open-plan living and dining area of our 'Spanish Country Home' project. Walnut-hued wooden rafters span the ceiling to conceal wiring and add vintage allure, while distinct furniture groupings and rugs delineate the spacious layout.

A view into the dining area of the 'Rooted Japandi Home'. The design uses natural materials like wood and rattan, seen here in the custom partition and dining set, to create a space that is both elegant and warm, influenced by Japanese and Scandinavian principles.

The master bedroom in the 'Spanish Country Home' features a serene blue color palette and a sloped roof with exposed rafters. Despite its spaciousness, the room feels cozy and intimate, complete with a custom study nook and wardrobe.

An earthy peach wall, geometric art, and a terracotta pendant lamp create a soothing synthesis in this Japandi-style bedroom. The custom rattan headboard adds a layer of natural texture, contributing to the room's warm and harmonious feel.

The fully renovated 'Rooted Japandi Home' kitchen, now the heart of the home. We installed an island with a hob, custom teak laminate cabinetry, and a bifold window that opens to the family lounge, ensuring the space is both functional for cooking and connected to family life.

A key client request was a yellow door for the kitchen. We designed this French door with a sunshine-yellow frame, creating a cheerful focal point that allows light to flow freely and complements the tranquil green tones of the kitchen cabinetry.

The renovated staircase in the 'Spanish Country Home'. We replaced the original bulky structure with elegant wood treads, micro-topped risers, and a sleek, modern railing with brass-finished vertical bars, transforming it into a central design feature.

The final result of our 'Rooted Japandi Home' renovation. By removing walls and dated fixtures, we created a free-flowing, light-filled living and dining area defined by clean lines, natural textures, and smart, custom-made partitions.

A view of the transformed balcony in our 'Spanish Country Home'. We used patterned Spanish tiles and live-edge wood tables to create a sunny, inviting lounge space perfect for relaxation, complete with a variety of colorful plants.

In the 'Earthy Chic' living room, we used vertical wooden rafters beside the television console. This design element cleverly conceals structural components while adding natural charm and visually expanding the space.

About Residential Transformations

Renovation is often about seeing potential where others see limitations. When we transform a space, we do not just replace fixtures; we study the existing structure—the way light enters, the position of columns, and the history of the materials—to adapt your home for modern needs without losing its soul. Whether we are opening up a kitchen for better flow or integrating a balcony to create a home office, our focus remains on creating layouts that actually work for your daily life.
