From Concept to Construction

Every project at Studio Skapa Architects follows a rigorous path from the first site visit to the final walk-through. We do not believe in off-site management. Whether we are renovating a heritage property in Mangalore or developing a new residence in Bengaluru, our presence on-site is essential. This is where we solve the inevitable challenges that arise when working with older buildings or complex new structural requirements.

The Importance of Site Coordination

Our team is involved in every granular decision. When we tackle projects like structural alterations, we are often dealing with existing brickwork, varying moisture levels, or older electrical grids. Being on-site allows us to:
