We do not just renovate houses; we breathe life into the history they hold. From transforming aging layouts into open, airy living spaces to restoring vintage woodwork, our work honors the past while adapting your home for the future.

The "Keepsake" project was about transforming a 35-year-old inherited home into a living gallery of memories. The brief was unconventional, focusing on creating a space for art, travel, and connection. Our design serves as a quiet backdrop, allowing the client's life and stories to take center stage.

These animated floor plans show the "before" and "after" of the Keepsake renovation. You can see how we reconfigured the layout to create better flow, more light, and distinct zones for public gathering and private retreat, all while working within the existing structure.

We converted what was once an outdoor balcony into this bright and cozy living area. By enclosing the space, we expanded the home's footprint and created an inviting corner that is flooded with morning light, demonstrating how smart structural changes can breathe new life into a home.

The dining room is the heart of the Keepsake home, featuring a large 8-seater table that encourages gathering. It is surrounded by open shelves displaying the client's artifacts, blending life, travel, and design into a single, cohesive narrative.

This before-and-after sequence shows how we reimagined a large, cluttered bedroom. By introducing a sliding partition and custom joinery, we created a multi-functional master suite with a cozy sleeping area, a wardrobe, and a bright study space, optimizing every inch of the room.

About Renovations & Restorations

When we start a renovation, we do not just patch up cracks. We look at the original floor plan and ask what is not working, like that cramped balcony that could be a sunroom or the wall blocking your dining light. In our 'Keepsake' project, we removed structural walls to turn a disjointed house into a flowing, open-plan living gallery. It is not just about paint and furniture; it is about physically opening up your home to let air and light flow again.
