For our project in Vijaynagar, we integrated custom geometric screens to modernize the facade, but we simultaneously overhauled the internal electrical and plumbing layouts to ensure the house functions as efficiently as it looks.

2. Modernizing the Facade: This is where we often apply our design style. We use louvers, metal screens, and textured brickwork to update the exterior. In our Vijaynagar renovation, we utilized custom basket-weave screens to provide privacy while creating a bold, contemporary street presence.

3. Functional Overhaul: A home must work for modern life. We revisit electrical conduit layouts, plumbing loops, and window schedules. If you are living in an older apartment or villa, we can upgrade your infrastructure to modern standards.

4. Material Integration: We prefer using raw materials like concrete, wood, and exposed brick. These not only look good but age gracefully, making them ideal for long-term home improvement.
