We believe architecture is a dialogue. Our design process combines rigorous site analysis with collaborative workshops, ensuring your project evolves from a concept into a thriving, built reality.

About From Vision to Reality: The Design Process

We approach design through an agile 'Scrum' framework, treating the development phase as a series of intense, collaborative sprints. By holding 2-3 day workshops with stakeholders to finalize the design brief, we ensure democratic voting on priorities and clear alignment. This rigorous front-end effort prevents costly change-orders during construction, allowing us to focus on the fine details, like material joinery and site-specific light orientation, early in the process.

The beginning of our journey at the Campus Biovet site in June 2020. This image shows the foundation work for the 45,000 sq. ft. canteen and office block, the largest project for our studio at the time.16

I was recently invited to speak at the CREDAI National Indian Summit in Nashik. I shared my insights on designing iconic hotels for a global experience, emphasizing that a great hotel is not just about luxury, but about identity.
I had the pleasure of speaking at FOAID 2024 in Delhi, where I discussed the challenges and strategies involved in working on large-scale projects. I believe that to create resilient architecture, we must embrace change and build with foresight.

This diagram explains the form development and environmental strategy for a commercial building. It shows how we staggered the massing, oriented the building to control sun exposure, and used a modern jaali as a shading system to reduce energy consumption.
These diagrams illustrate the evolution of an organic façade for a commercial building. The process moves from developing a language of curves to breaking it with horizontal members, and finally to creating a perforated screen that reduces solar heat gain.
